What time do doors open & how does admission work?
Doors open at 9:00 a.m. each day. The main stage starts at 10:00am. On day one, you'll receive your Pacific Bitcoin badge at registration located at the entrance of the event. Please wear your badge during the 2 days of the conference as it is required in order to access the event and all activites inside. Should you lose your badge, you will be required to purchase a new ticket. Please visit registration for assistance.
Will you cover other cryptocurrencies at the event?
No, we are truly Bitcoin-only! This means that all talks, panels, interviews, & workshops are about Bitcoin and the Bitcoin lifestyle. Companies, speakers, sponsors and attendees who come to the conference are all there to celebrate Bitcoin and Bitcoiners.
What are your COVID-19 protocols?
In order to help everyone stay healthy, we ask that you not attend if you have been exposed to COVID within 5 days of the conference and you have tested positive, if you are exhibiting symptoms, or simply do not feel well. The conference will be live-streamed and you can comfortably watch from your hotel or home. There is an outdoor area at the conference as well as an open main door to allow for fresh air circulation.
I’m new to Bitcoin. Should I attend the event?
Yes, the Pacific Bitcoin Festival welcomes all levels of Bitcoiners. The main stage speakers and panels will cover a wide variety of topics. Inside the Swan Dome will have a more intimate vibe and discuss more advanced topics. The Bitcoin Lab offers personalize support to help you purchase Bitcoin, secure your Bitcoin, or add a Bitcoin IRA or Bitcoin Benefits for employees. The VIP Area offers even more direct access to speakers and industry insiders along with preferred seating, complimentary food & custom beverages, an invitation to the Swan Private Party, as well as a $3,000.00 year-long membership to Swan Private.
How can I help promote the event?
If you have more than 10,000 followers and would like to help make this event a success, we’d love to have you help! We will give you a discount code, pay you a commission, and provide promotional materials.

Can I bring children/young people to the conference?
The Pacific Bitcoin Festival is for all ages, and we encourage families to teach their children about it. Many of the conversations would likely be challenging for a child to understand, but children can also learn through conversations and activities at the event.
Children under the age of 12 can attend at no cost. Please be mindful that your child/children will need to be under your care at all times.

How do I request a refund?
All tickets purchased after January 8th 2023 are non-refundable.
If you purchased your ticket prior to January 8th, 2023, your ticket is refundable until July 1st, 2023.
ALL tickets are transferrable regardless of when you purchased.
You may also choose to resell your ticket at your purchase price or higher, should you choose.
Should the conference need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances your ticket will be automatically transferred and honored at the rescheduled event.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
You can transfer your ticket to another person.
In order to transfer your ticket, please find your order confirmation email and click Access Your Ticket Order. Once your reach the order status page, simply click Transfer Ticket and enter the details of the person you want to transfer the ticket to. The receiver will get an email with instructions on how to accept the transfer. The process is completed when the receiver accepts the transfer.

At The Event
Will there be reserved seating?
All seating is first come first serve, the only exceptions being for media or VIP ticket holders who have access to priority seating at the Main Stage.
How much BTC should I bring with me?
If you care to spend your Bitcoin, feel free to have a small amount available on an app on your phone. Bitcoin purchases are proudly supported by our partners at IBEX.
Should I bring my backpack or laptop?
We don't recommend bringing large bags or backpacks to the event, as all bags will be checked by security before entering the venue and may slow down the entry process. However, we do this to provide a safe environment for all attendees.
Can I bring a weapon or firearms on-site?
No. Pacific Bitcoin & Barker Hangar have a no firearms policy inside the venue.
Are cameras allowed?
You may bring a camera, but we ask that you please respect other people’s personal space and privacy. Please do not take pictures or videos of people without their consent or awareness.
If you prefer personal privacy, wear a privacy mask and politely communicate your wishes with event photographers and attendees as situations arise.
Can I bring my dog (pet)?
Only service animals are permitted during the event days.
Will there be food/drinks for purchase?
Yes, there will be food and drinks (including alcohol) available for purchase.
We ask that you use your best judgment around consumption. Attendees or speakers who drink excessively or behave in a disruptive way will be asked to leave.
