Founder, Proof of Workforce
Dom is an active Firefighter and the former President of the Santa Monica Firefighters Union. Introduced to Bitcoin in 2017 and following a fateful rescue at 2022 Pacific Bitcoin, Dom embarked on a mission to orange pill workers, unions and pension funds, through education-based Bitcoin adoption. Through Proof of Workforce, Dom assisted the Santa Monica Firefighters Union in being the first union in the nation to self-custody Bitcoin. Dom also hosts The Nakamoto Gauntlet, alongside Swan's CIO Raphael Zagury, Greg Foss and Joe Carlasare, a show where fund managers are invited to explore the benefits and challenges of adding Bitcoin to their balance sheets.
